Spinal manipulation, also known as "an adjustment" is a technique where practitioners use their hands or a device to apply a controlled thrust (that is, force of a specific magnitude or degree in a specific direction) to a specific joint. The amount of force may vary, but this thrust moves the joint more than it would on its own.
Sports chiropractic relies on four main components in active treatment; They are soft tissue therapies, adjustments, rehabilitation, and nutrition. Soft tissue therapies can include myofascial release, fascial techniques, and sports taping. There are many brand names and specific techniques on the market today.

My child was having a wrist problem but her being 7 and me being 35 we weren't communicating pain levels the same. I took her in to see Dr. J, he examined her and determined x rays weren't needed, also let me know i could relax. He listened to my kid as she explained what motions she could and couldn't do and was completely attentive to her. He explained to her what he was doing and why he was taping her wrist. And best of all he set my mommy mind at ease. Love League City Spine and Sports!

Worst doctor ever. I have been having back pain for 9 months now . I was hoping to get some relief, but he made my pain worst. He didn't even bother to review all my MRI. He literally did examine on me 5 minutes!! That's insane!! He told me he doesn't go based on my MRI, but what he sees on me. Lol. He told me the problem with me was on L3 that's not even the problem is L4 and L5 per all my doctor's I have seen. Then they charge me $115 with insurance and it just didn't sound it right for me because I met all my deductible long time ago. So I went ahead and called my insurance to verify and I was

I had such a great experience here! The last place I had PT at made me a little hesitant about trying it again, but everyone here was so great and helpful. I worked with Casey and Henry a majority of the time, HIGHLY recommend them. They both challenged me and really kept an eye on my posture to ensure the fullest benefit from the exercises I was doing. If I need more PT in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this facility. Thank y’all for helping me!
