United Powder Coating was established in 2019. Related United Fence Services Inc. We decided to launch UPC because we were consistently faced with challenges in the industry. The quality of service was not what we felt our clients deserved. To avoid complaints and challenges with quality of service we decided to bring the process in house.
Powder coating pigments come in a huge variety of colors and can require different coating process requirements. No matter the need we can fulfill the service Contact us today! Coatings can be removed with a couple processes however only one is environmentally safe and that's abrasive blasting. Other process require harmful chemicals such as methyl chloride, acetone.
There are several forms of sandblasting. We currently use sand also known as abrasive blasting. This process cleans and preps hard surfaces by forcing solid particles across the surface of the material at a high rate of speed effectively stripping rust and contaminates from the surface. This is done to ensure a clean bond with the powder coat.
