As a Construction Project Manager at Johns Hopkins, School of Medicine, I worked closely with A. J. Adams Engineering for nearly a decade. The School of Medicine currently occupies a dozen buildings primarily devoted to medical research. Their proposals always were very detailed showing several options to solving complicated issues. Their project drawings were always concise and detailed resulting in lower than industry average change orders. They responded quickly to contractor request for information.
