The company is a good company ro work for but when tou have staff members that's in the higher departments that represent the company thats disrespectful and belittle human beings makes the company looks bad I never worked for a company that have representatives that tells their employees they does not care about their well-being and was very discreet about it you have some employees that's very loyal for the company that they work for but to belittle them

Biased hiring. I have seen some applicants being treated better or worst than others. My friend (foreigner) was ready to start working immediately, but got sent away for calling one of the hiring team member “rude.” . I was a witness. I am disappointed that Alan Ritchey Inc are allowing such a discriminatory behavior. Stay away from this company.
