Available in Standard, Queen, and King sizing, and also two different heights: Traditional and Slim. The Traditional version is the original and measures 6.5 in vertical loft.

If you're not in the foam industry, it might be easy to assume that foam is, well, just foam. One feel, all the same. We've been working with the material since its commercial inception in 1952, however, and can definitively tell you that this isn't the case. Foam is actually a feat of chemistry and engineering.

We found Comfort Option through mattress review enthusiasts online — yes, that’s a thing — so we had no idea what to expect. Ian and the other folks we talked to were super nice and happy to take time to help us understand the products.
Shipping was a breeze, and when we realized we needed a different layer, the company was very accommodating. They made appropriate suggestions and now we have a comfortable mattress that’s just right.

This is the most comfortable mattress we’ve ever owned and cost 1/3 of our previous ones. It’s so insanely well made that after almost a year, not one stitch has unraveled not one flat spot or weird lump popped up on my big guys side like Temperpedic! The fact that you can customize it is a huge plus and their customer service is top notch!! Great company, great people! Will be putting another order soon. 🙌🏻

A Casper hurt my back. Two of the high-end Tempur-Pedics were better but still put too much pressure on my shoulders and hips. Comfort Option's softest option was the best I'd tried thus far, but still wasn't quite there. I was sent a new layer immediately and have been happy ever since.
I never expected to find a mattress I actually loved, but it seems I have.

Absolutely LOVE our mattress! We chose Comfort Option because of the versatility in the mattress options but we were pleasantly surprised by how wonderful our experience was with the customer service team! They promptly answered our initial questions during the buying process, quickly worked to fix an issue we had with our delivery, and made time to follow up with us to make sure our new mattress was to our liking. Biggest piece of advice: if you are someone who sleeps warm - get the Cool Coat!!! The mattress keeps you snug and warm so the coating helps! I would recommend this brand to anyone on

Having never previously purchased a mattress online before, I limited my search to those that could be modified to be softer or firmer if the original mattress ordered was less than ideal. I read good things about the foam quality used by Comfort Option, and after exploring their website decided to use their email option to inquire as to what might be the best comfort layer options might be best for both myself and spouse. Ian promptly emailed me back and asked a lot of questions about my preferences and sleeping characteristics. He ended up recommending a combination I would never have ordered

I spent 4 months researching beds. There were spreadsheets involved. My biggest issue is all the other big bed retailers had HORRIBLE reviews, and I did not want to end up with an expensive, uncomfortable bed I wouldn't be able to return. (Don't believe the return policies for most other retailers. There are pages and pages of complaints on Better Business Bureau for ALL the big bed retailers out there.)

We couldn’t be happier with our choice to purchase two Comfort Option mattresses. We slept on our friends Comfort Option one time and we loved it so much we immediately bought one for ourselves. Went down the mattress rabbit hole learning about foam densities, etc about a year ago when my wife and I were looking for a new bed. Comfort Option is by far the highest quality with a very reasonable price for what you're getting. My wife and I ended up swapping out a layer on our custom mattress and they made it super easy and quick to do so. Personally I still find memory foam mattresses a little hot but that's with all mem foam mattresses and I just use a chili pad to correct it. A year later and we love it!

I did a lot of research with mattress shopping. I found the hard because I did not know who to trust within the mattress industry and how reviewers were getting kick backs when talking about and reviewing certain brands. However, I did hear about Comfort Option through word of mouth reviews and started my own research and emailed and asked questions and they were very friendly. They have different options for different type of mattresses that you are looking for and they will gladly help you with that. I have had my mattress for a little less than a year and I love my mattress and have had no problems
