Are you interested in exploring the world of hypnosis and how it can help you? Hypnosis is a natural state of consciousness - we drift in and out of hypnotic trance states all the time: when driving, lost in thought, when gripped by strong emotions, or listening to music.
In hypnotherapy, we induce this state and use it to focus your mind on connecting to core feelings, releasing emotions, realizing new behaviors and goals; in short, and making the changes we want! All this process takes to succeed is for you to be ready to make and accept the change you want! For these and other issues, I use a variety of well-established and proven techniques including hypnosis, EFT, and NLP.

We access these beliefs by using hypnosis and hypnosis for anxiety and we use it to collapse the underlying beliefs. Once the underlying beliefs have been collapsed the anxiety symptoms will be changed permanently.
There is little doubt that there is a close correlation between being under hypnosis and being asleep. Anyone who has been under hypnosis will know just how close it feels to being in the early stages of sleep. This is why hypnosis is so useful in helping people get a good night of quality sleep. The majority of us will suffer from sleep problems during at least one stage in our lives.
Hypnosis is often significantly effective for pain relief, taking a person from physical agony, for example, to a pain-free state in minutes. But it doesn't work for everyone. Not long after David Patterson, Ph. D., started working as a psychologist at the Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, he met with a 60-year-old burn patient who complained of excruciating pain.
