Lassen Union High School District (LUHSD) is a 9-12 grade school district in Susanville, California. Located in the rural countryside, the district is the largest high school district in the county with a student population of approximately 800 students between two schools. A traditional high school, Lassen High School, and a continuation school, Lassen Community Day School.

Why do we test students? Mainly, educators use assessment data to better understand the learning needs of every student. Additionally, testing can help with placement in appropriate classes, help students get into college or "test out" of college classes, and testing can also help determine specific learning standards that students may be having issues with.

My opinion the school setting up kids to fail more than 500 kids in alternative school that should tell you something... Lassen High beginning to look more like a state prison with all the fencing Gates and what they call resource officers running around doing nothing God forbid a student gets caught what's a lighter on them I'll stop there third grade.
