Travis and team were my saving grace. I put off ordering the trophies for our event which put in a bit a pickle. Travis found a beautiful option in stock and was able to have the trophies ready for pick up 4 business days earlier than I ask. I live in the neighborhood and love to support my neighborhood businesses. I parked here for 20 minutes while the store was closed one day, and the owner, watching the closed store from a video camera 24/7, had his security company come and boot my car so suffice it to say I would not recommend supporting these people.

I have used this business for 5 yrs and everytime they have trouble locating my account in their system. They always tell me when my items will arrive, but usually they arrive earlier. Only once did I have a deadline I needed to make of five days. And that order arrived in time! Always pleased with their work, their attitude, their friendliness and their promptness. I needed an engraved desk name plate for a birthday gift to a coworker. I called this place having no idea if they even did name plates let alone whether they could get me something in a day or less. Oh mi gato! I called and asked what the turnaround on making a plaque would be. I was told they were closing down. I said, "Really! That's terrible. Sorry to hear that your business is closing." Then I asked for a recommendation to another store still in business. Then it was explained that they were just closing for the day. I asked, "But can you do a plaque within three business days? Is that even possible?" I was told we're closing. I sad, "So you want me to call back and ask the exact same thing tomorrow morning? I just need to know whether it is even possible

Not only did Longhorn Trophies do a great job with my engraving, they also did it faster than I thought possible. I didn't even need to go in for the initial order. I did it all through email. I ordered at the end of the day on Tuesday to get a name tag and Alex called and emailed the next morning when it was ready. On Thursday morning, I needed a replacement quickly (I lost the original), and Alex called right when the store opened and said that it was already ready!

I have placed two orders through Longhorn Trophies, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. The first order had a slight mix up and I only received half of the order, but they went above and beyond and handled the situation more than appropriately. My second order was my screw up...I forgot to pick up the order before the weekend, and since they are closed on the weekends, I thought I was out of luck for my event that weekend. After a few emails and phone calls with Don, he had someone open up the shop Sunday early enough for me to make my event...with all the trophies. I can't even

I've used Longhorn Trophies and Plaques a few times now for various organizations that I've been a part of or led. Don, the owner, has always been extremely pleasant and easy to work with. I am pretty sure that almost all UT-affiliated organizations use this place for their awarding needs (and for good reason)!

Wow, this is a huge store with an amazing variety of choices. The service is excellent. It is a little pricey but worth it.
I mounted some artwork on wood at Longhorn Trophies & Plaques in order to put a plaque with a message and logo on it.
The glass pieces looked much richer with the wood.
Don, the owner, told me that they would be ready on Friday (I dropped them off on Monday) and they were right on time.
