Our hot tub stopped working on one of the coldest days of the winter. When I called to inquire on service, they were kind and courteous and told to me go buy a small space heater to keep everything from freezing, and then told me that might fix the problem. I proceeded with that route only to find that we had a bigger issue than a potential block due to frozen water. I called back and a service call was scheduled for 36-hours later. When the technicians arrived they promptly got to the bottom of the issue, fixed the problem and provided helpful operating tips as well. I will be using them for any

Unfortunately I have to post a negative review. McFarland facilitates Koehler warranty work & therefore were dispatched to our home after Koehler was super awesome and warranty replaced our leaking faucet. Koehler overnight aired a new faucet to our home.
Upon arrival, McFarland was told multiple times the faucet was leaking. They completely ignored ours & Koehler’s request to replace the faucet & instead took the new faucet with them & blamed the water leak on something else. In turn, we were forced to pay a different plumber $175 only to come out & tell us what we already knew…the faucet

I have their customer for around 30 years. I generally felt that their workmanship is very good though on the pricy side
Recently In my last dealings I felt that the receptionist is bit rude and not customer oriented like their workers.
I was behind on my payment by three or four days. I admit that but the constant harrasement and o exchanging $200 more as collection charge unreasonable

Just moved into a house with a hot tub and didn't know much about them. Some of the jets weren't working so I called Hot Tub Heroes. Pat was one time, and quickly diagnosed the issue but did not have the part. I am pretty handy so I asked him if he would show me what I needed to do to fix it and he showed me exactly how to install the $15 part once it came. I also picked his brain for 10 minutes on hot tub maintenance and he shared a lot of info with me. Next time I have an issue, I"ll call Hot Tub Heroes again. Pat is an honest guy who charges a fair price for his service! Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. I had major equipment break on my spa and they talked me through all the options and researched where they could get replacement parts for the lowest cost to me. They walked me through how to prevent damage to my spa while it was down during sub-freezing temps. They did a great job fixing my spa after I decided how I wanted to proceed. Also bought a spa cover from them about a year ago and again, their customer service both over the phone and in person was second to none.
