On the recommendation of my plumber, I called Newber's to repair an ice maker. The receptionist was very polite and said someone would call me back shortly. After 3 days and not hearing from anyone I called again and spoke with another very polite woman, she apologized and said someone would be calling me back shortly. After 2 more days went by and not hearing from anyone from Newber's I called again, this time I spoke with the woman I had originally spoken with. She said she was shocked I hadn't heard from anyone in over a week but she would personally give my message to the owner. After 2 more

This is one of the older companies in Wilmington, and I had one repair done with them in November that was fast and efficient. My experience today was the utter opposite, and the woman in the office, Elizabeth, was rude, short, and infuriating. I called around noon on Friday about repairing my salad line that lost temp, most likely this is a half hour job requiring a freon recharge. I spoke with Elizabeth and she took my number and asked if she could call back after she checked their calendar and I said no problem just need to get this done before the weekend. She called back fifteen minutes later
