Left my information with Audra a few weeks back but was resigned to not being able to get a new 4-wheeler for XMAS due to inventory issues everywhere...plus I was looking for a specific Yamaha model which made it more diifficult...she emailed me last week saying she had brand new Yamaha Kodiak 700 EPS SE but I had to act fast....she was able to have it ready with a bunch of accessories the days before XMAS eve....Highly recommend using Audra for any of your PowerSport needs!

Great buying experience at Plaistow Powersports. I was looking for a specific Polaris sled to access my remote camp in winter as well as ice fishing and some trail riding. I ordered the sled from Mike in the spring and it arrived in September. The parts department was great and ordered the extras I was looking for and the service department had everything installed when I was ready to pick it up. Great place to do business!

This review is for two experiences. If you are trying to buy a Polaris that is not in stock yet, this is the place to order it. The machines they have ordered are on the Polaris website. Mike went out of his way to contact me and keep me informed. I live well over an hour away mind you. It's important. With that in mind, I had to come in for some minor warranty work. I explained this to Joe and he was understanding. The guys took care of me and I was in and out in a couple hours. Polaris picked up the tab. Overall great experiences and communication was excellent

Amazing service, amazing people.
I sold my home to buy a new one with a couple of months in between. During that time Plaistow Powersports stored my 1997 Yamaha VMAX which I hadn't driven ... or started for that matter ... for over five years. Just before I put my home on the market, they brought a trailer to my home to pick up the motorcycle for me for storage. The Plaistow Powersports representative who picked up the bike was very friendly, incredibly professional, and was clearly treating the motorcycle as if it were his own (with kid gloves). I was sad to see it go but I knew it would be well

I called today, Saturday and spoke with the service department, Steve I believe.
Well heading out on a ride, my kawasaki vulcan 900, 1st day without rain and as was getting bike ready, I happen to take seat off and when put back on, I pressed down before I had it latched and it was jammed, could not release it nor turn the key, so Steve told me what to do and I did it and the seat released, yes I was very happy. Total customer service. I will always recommend Plaistow Power Sports, service department.

My experience with Plaistow PowerSports was amazing. I live far away and did not want to have to go to the store twice. They allowed me to place my deposit over the phone and answered me quickly me whenever I emailed or called them for an update on the shipping from Polaris. (I called them often because I was too excited/inpatient). I dealt mostly with Mike who was patient and awesome throughout the process. He even loaded my ATV into the trailer and tied it down as well. Also, shoutout to nick from financing that gave me options for extended warranties and such. I wanted an ATV for my entire life

Just purchased a Kawasaki Z900RS, dealt with Mike and Audra. Mike gave me a great price on the Z . There were no extra fees that I found other dealers charge. Audra was extremely helpful throughout the sale's process. I had ordered frame sliders, battery tender and charging port. I had to wait for the parts, but the service department stayed after hours on Saturday to install them. The service tech explained to me some concerns with the charging port and the installation that I wasn't aware of. Service was very extremely helpful. Plaistow PS is 50 mins from my home, it was worth the drive.
