Scheduling is so easy, I am notified ahead of time of their scheduled service, they are on time and Dan, the lead, is so professional. I scheduled a gutter cleaning and roof blow-off after the leaves fell in the autumn. Joe did a great job in taking care of both items, even though it started raining while he was working and there were pine needles all over both. He asked me to check a valley of the roof to see if I was satisfied. Joe was the only service person on site, and Dan S was the crew lead. I'd recommend them for thorough and prompt gutter maintenance.

I’ve used this company twice. This year, I came home as they were cleaning and there was a dog off leash in my yard. This was very upsetting to my dogs. Although the work was good, I probably would not use this company again.. there are several other companies to choose from that wouldn’t bring a dog with them.

I LOVE Gutter Boys! Dan S. and Adolphus did a wonderful job cleaning my gutters. I’ve had trouble in the past with water coming in and when I told Ken about it, he told me they will check everything out and get back to me if there was a problem. Guess what! No more leaking! A good cleaning was all those gutters needed. On one visit they even secured a gutter that was a little wonky and no charge.The crew does a great job cleaning up debris that fall, and paying is so easy. You can’t go wrong with Gutter Boys!

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with the gutter boys installing new gutters and downspouts on my house. They moved quickly and did an excellent job. They were easy to communicate with. I was able to get on their schedule in a couple weeks. It was more money than I expected to spend, but I got 4 quotes from 4 different companies. They were the 2nd least expensive and were within $30 of the least expensive quote. I spent $3260 for new 6 inch gutters and downspouts. If I wanted gutter guards, would have been ~$5300. I will wait and do gutter guards later on if I keep the house. Overall

The work crew was friendly. Most of the work was well done, with the exception of a rather troublesome cosmetic detail. This detail really upset me and affects the value of my home. During the December ice and snowstorm, a large pine tree fell against the gutter section of a large bay window in my home. A branch went through the gutter like a spear. It hung there until the work crew removed it. The extent of the damage was unknown to me until removed. The facia to which the gutter was attached was splintered and should have been replaced. However, instead of alerting me to this fact, the crew worked

I have used this company several times before and for my loyalty they were going to charge me $300 to come out and put up a downspout and repair a gutter and that was just to come out. I have sent customers here and since I rehab homes I have used them on a couple of rehabs and my personal residence and this is the thanks I get. They are only getting a star bc Seth was helpful. They are pretty good once but after that they charge you a fortune. Shop around!!!

Had Gutter Boys out to clean me gutters. What a joke! My gutters were not cleaned at all. There was still sludge in all my gutters. I called to complain and they told me their workers might not have been trained and threw only used my hose to pour down my downspouts! I paid $114 for someone to take a garden hose and pour it down my down spout and they called it clean! So they sent the supervisor out the next day, he did a bit of a better cleaning but I was just up there myself using a shovel to clean out the gutters! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! They steal your money!! I'm not out $114

They are also helpful in offering others companies for additional services! Why would anyone ever risk doing this themselves - just call The Gutter Boys...I've used them for years!

This is the second year I have had my gutters cleaned with this company and the first year no issue. In the second year after they came and cleaned out my gutters they left me the garbage back full of muck and leaves to put with my trash on trash day. I thought this was an oops by their service technician so I called and left a message and asked if this was standard practice and was told in a voicemail back by Russell "Yes it is standard practice for the service tech to leave the garbage bag of leaves/muck next to the garbage or drive so the customer can dispose of it on their garbage day

I needed new gutters and downspouts. I checked a number of vendors, and chose the Gutter Boys. The crew arrived on schedule, removed and replaced the second and third floor the first day, then came back the second day for the garage and first floor. They made a few improvements to the downspout flows and to the pitch of some gutters. Thanks to Russ. They also re-installed a couple of rain-barrels I had, in a much more professional way.
