My grandparents have used StateFarm for 30 years so when i got my car i started using them and now I’m buying a house and still use them. The people working there are great and they are always on top of everything! My husband swears by Robin and I always talk to Barb she’s always asking how things are going. They treat us like friends not just business!

My family has been with them for more years than I know. They have always been there to make adjustments to my policy as needed with no issues. I personally have never needed a major claim so I can't comment on their response. But I am confident it with be prompt and hassle free.

I switched to state farm from progressive for car insurance about a year and a half ago, and honestly I'm so glad I went with Dean Showers office! The quote reeled me in as I saved over half of what I'd normally pay in a year for the same coverage and it still decreases..with a good driving record of course 😉. What really kept me as a customer was the customer service and inclusivity I felt whenever I needed to call in.
