We hired a trolley to make multiple trips from the hotel to the venue for our daughter’s wedding in Nola. We also had a limousine to bring the newlyweds from the venue back to the hotel at the end of the night. Both drivers were polite, courteous, and most importantly on time. All communication with Royal Coach was handled in a very professional manner before and after the event. All questions were answered and everything was handled promptly as we adjusted the time frame the trolley was needed. We rented a 20-person trolley car for our 10-person bachelorette group as a different and fun way to see the sights of New Orleans. We had a blast! Our driver, Wilson, was polite, prompt, and knowledgeable about the city. He took us to see lots of classic New Orleans sites, and accommodated all of our requests to stop and check them out and take photos. The driver is a antagonistic person my wife was very upset because I'm severely disabled and we had too walk 12 blocks the whole time he was saying baby you don't know what disability he has the driver and I have executive wittiness too this so he in turn escalated the situation by commenting where it should have been quiet and professional but he brought it there so

Me and my cousin rented a stretch limo for our husband birthday this evening. Mark the driver was on time, professional, the car was new, and clean. Mark showed much patience, got us to to the restaurant on time. Mark showed local landmarks during the drive. He picked us up in Slidell for dinner and drinks in New Orleans for a night on town. I would recommend Royal and Mark, and would use them again and again.

December 6, 2015 I wanted to treat my best friend & myself to a spa day at the Ritz. We knew we might have some champagne between our various salon and massage services so we wanted to be free from worry. We were picked up on time. I live in madisonville & my friend in Covington.
