I'm struggling with my review because up until today, despite consistent change in drivers and lack of professionalism in appearance, this service was a blessing in providing transportation for my daughter who attends a special needs school outside of our district! However, today they failed to pick up my daughter, and another family, without… notification of being "removed from their route".
