I really enjoyed my experience at The Great Rug Company. An employee at Loloi suggested them as the most reputable store in the area. I worked with Lois to find the perfect rug for my dining room. I had a rug picked out that was back ordered and Lois held it for me when it came in. She was very knowledgeable about all of the products and the pros and cons of each rug type. I felt like Lois listened to what we wanted/needed in a rug and steered us away from things that would not be durable or suitable for our specific goals.
