Love working with Backyard Expressions. Their team is wonderful. Sarah took our custom order for high quality Patio furniture made in the USA. The product was delivered as promised, on time and with professional care. When I subsequently discovered a tiny alignment problem with one of the pieces, Alex arranged for their tech to come out within a few days who immediately took care of the problem with a minor adjustment. We love the quality of the product and ordered some additional matching pieces from them since the initial delivery and are expecting another seamless delivery. We love supporting

We have been looking to make our backyard the perfect entertaining spot and Backyard Express staff all made it come together perfectly. It was delivered all together and they put everything in the proper places. The quality of the products are worth the price. They will last years and Backyard Express will stand behind it all. This is not Home Depot disposable these are beautiful and will last.

I bought a Bromic heater and one of the screws is not in all the way
I contacted the owner Jim in person once and email 3 times
No response at all and I would say the customer service is not very good
I called again today after sending my third email for service and Tyler told me the bosses will return Wednesday so no one else can solve a service problem that is pretty simple
This has been going on for at least 6 weeks now

We have been looking for patio furniture for quite some time. I have looked at all online options (wayfair, hayneedle, Costco, target) , went to big box Home Depot and Lowes and to other mom and pop shops. We happened to chance upon this store in Laguna Hills. This location was a bit closer so took a second look here and decided to purchase! We bought a sectional and fire table-Sarah was really helpful and worked within our budget.
I will definitely recommend this store as it is hard to find such great customer service that goes along with a quality product.

My husband and I visited the showroom and were helped by Steven. We purchased a large patio table and he was extremely helpful. It was delivered the very next day and I have since called regarding another request for chair slides and he took care of it same day. Can't say enough nice things about these folks. We will be visiting them again real soon.

We had been looking for patio furniture for months. When we found the right item it would not be the right price and when we found the right price it would not be the right item..until we walked into Backyard Expressions. We explained to the sales person Brian what we were looking for and he immediately showed us a few different items and giving us different ideas. He then left us alone so we could talk it over and make our choice (which was difficult because there was so many). Brian gave us great pricing and the guys who did the delivery were also great. I purchased 4 patio chairs paid over $1000 expecting descent quality, Alex a sales person told me they would last 10 years even being exposed to the sun. I haven't had the chairs one year and they fixed it once already and it broke on the bottom. This place is very unwilling to work with customer, even after already having pictures from the first time it broke they were asking for pictures again, an employee goes on vacation and nobody follows up with the work. I have been to almost every patio furniture store in the last three months... beyond compare, Brad at Backyard Expressions is THE BEST!!! He listened to what I needed and did everything he could to find me the right furniture within my budget! He is patient, informative, and really cares that you're happy with your purchase!
