Berding Surveying has an extensive inventory of highly sophisticated, state-of-the-art instruments and electronic data collection methods for surveying. GPS is an accurate and cost-effective field information collection method that obtains data by using Global Positioning System (GPS) technology for establishing the horizontal and vertical positions of various items in the field.

TASK: Large MEP engineering firm (client) was tasked with designing retro-fits and upgrades for a sprawling, industrial agricultural processing plant.

TASK: Client was retrofitting a hospital shell space. The space was new and drawings were available. However, knowing that design drawings do not accurately reflect the building as constructed, a new model was desired to assist the fit-out team in creating design and construction drawings.

Autodesk has a powerful point cloud engine that utilizes their RECAP program and visualization engine. RECAP is a free program that creates the RCS/RCP files for linking into REVIT (or similarly AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.)

My experience was great! I walked out of my apartment to take my trash out, and I must have had my phone in my pocket because my building shares a parking lot with G J Berding Surveying Inc, and it tagged me as visiting them today. Plenty of room in the trash can AND the recycling bin. Five stars!
