Learn the origins of Usui Reiki, the fundamentals of utilizing Reiki energy for the highest good of all involved, and hand positions for self-treatment and the treatment of others. Classes can be individual or group. For those who do not wish to pursue Reiki Master Teacher Training, you can still be attuned to the master symbol for your own practice.
I am being called to heal more than ever before. While doing my own self-healing practice, I have found myself waking up with hot hands, wanting to do more. This has led me to create the group Distance Reiki for All. It matters not where you are in the world, what language you speak or what your beliefs or politics are.

I wholeheartedly support community acupuncture. The business model and sliding scale pricing make healing accessible to all people. I have personally used both of these and absolutely love the warm, friendly staff. There is a special energy that comes from healing in a room with others. Insight Timer is a must-have for me.

Jen is very passionate about her work and it shows. She takes it very personal which carries through into your experience. She is beyond knowledgeable about skincare and is also very honest about what you need. I have been to Jen for facials many times and will always return due to her one on one approach and personal investment in my long term skincare.
