CSI Pharmacy intake specialists contact the prescribing health care provider to request the patient's most recent clinical information, demographics, and medication orders. Our intake specialists reach out to the patient to let them know that we have received the referral from the provider. They will acquire additional needed information, such as insurance information, allergies, and other medications they are taking.
