Meet Eleanor and Russell - my grandparents and the inspiration behind our store, Eleanor Russell. They were an amazing and interesting couple. Russell, or Poppy as I called him, was a quiet, serious man who taught me many invaluable lessons, including the importance of being honorable and always giving 110% in all that you do.
Our standard method of delivery is Ground Shipping, front door parcel delivery, using UPS, Federal Express or USPS, which can take 3 - 8 business days. However, we also offer "Next Day" delivery service, which is available at an additional charge, as shown in the shipping rate chart below. We also offer 'Second-Day delivery service which is based on the dimensional weight of the package to be shipped.
