CPAs are state licensed and may or may not choose to specialize in taxes, while all enrolled agents specialize in taxation.

In 2008, due to a divorce, Dan took over the immense task of teaching me how to do everything from basic accounting to downloading my online banking into quicken and reconciling to perfect balance.
