Meadows Surgical Arts has a state-of-the-art Surgical Center located at our office in Commerce, Georgia. AAAHC Accreditation is a process, similar to JCAHO standards for hospitals, which reviews Meadows Surgical Arts' quality and performance compared to national standards. AAAHC Accreditation is a highly prestigious, rigorous, voluntary certification that is only awarded to the very best surgical centers in the country.
There are not enough stars for me to rate my fabulous experiences with Meadows Surgical Arts! I love Dr Meadows. he transformed my life! After loosing 80+ pounds, no amount of exercise will get rid of loose skin. After my procedures to get rid of excess skin, tummy tuck, breast augmentation and some other things, I am a total different person.
During your visit with Meadows Surgical Arts, you might meet a physician who is completing a training fellowship in cosmetic surgery. Dr. Meadows has completed fellowship training in the art of cosmetic surgery. The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS) has awarded Meadows Surgical Arts with the honor of training other physicians in our Commerce and Buford locations.

With the goal to help fulfill those pressing medical needs, Dr. Lionel Meadows and his wife, Kathryn Meadows, RN, BSN, founded the Surgical Hope Foundation in 2010. The Surgical Hope Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides outpatient surgical services at no charge to those in need.

I found out about Meadows Surgical Arts from a friend and she suggested I go to their Fall Open House in October. I wanted to address sun damage, melasma, and uneven skin tone. The Commerce location was clean and the employees were friendly and welcoming. Dr. Meadows and his staff made extra time to talk to me and talked with me in private about my… skin issues. I left after I booked a Hetter Peel. One of the things I appreciated was the fact that the quoted price was the exact amount. No hidden fees, no surcharges, no optional add-on that they get you with to buy more stuff.

I had the best experience working with the Meadows Surgical Arts team before, during, and after my surgery. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been friendly and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. Dr. Meadows made me feel at ease on the day of my surgery and even prayed with me before my surgery! This is the most professional place for any procedure. The staff is so sweet and they make u feel like so comfortable. I was suffering from some major insecurities within myself because i am turning 39 and i went in for my weightloss plan , got an injection and never felt anything then i wanted a couple raised huge moles removed from my face that… i have hated for years but never came because i was scared of pain. I sat down and i didnt even flench. I was so impressed, i Wish i would have did it years ago. It was very affordable i dont know why i waited so long because it was painless. Then

Love Dr Meadows!!!! He has been my GYN, weight-loss Dr and Now my Plastic Surgeon!!! His bedside manner is sympathetic, caring, and respectful, He is softly spoken but yet firm in "how we fix the problem " which I love because he is confident in his ability to care for me properly. All the services I have received with Dr Meadows I am 100 % satisfied with!!! His nursing staff and front office staff are amazing and will go out of their way to help you. If you are looking for a great plastic surgeon, Dr. Meadows is the one for you. Dr. Meadows and his staff are wonderful! They always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I recently had a breast augmentation done by him, and the results are fantastic! They also have specials every month, the deals that are unbelievable! If I had to do this all over again there is no one else I would go to. Dr. Meadows is the greatest and I am so thankful for him and his staff.

IF YOU WANNA BE HAPPY WITH YOUR RESULTS GO HERE! I am typing this in behave of my future mother in laws tummy tuck/lipo procedure with Dr. Meadows. The procedure itself was about 4 hours and the recovery has been a bliss. She looks more beautiful and she is so pleased with how the results are looking. I have been going to Dr. Lionel Meadows office for help with weight loss and was successful. And had extra skin I needed a tummy tuck, breast lift, breast augmentation and thigh lift also. I’ve had 3 different procedures done at Meadows Surgical Arts. I have been very happy every time I have been there. They are very professional and friendly. I had to have surgery and before they took me in the O.R., Dr. P and Stacy were on each side of me which made me feel more comfortable. It was kind of like having family there with you. Initially went in for consultation regarding breast reduction and issues with abdominal muscles. I was given Dr. Meadows name by my neighbor. Her daughter had some procedures done at Meadows Surgical Arts and was very pleased with everything. Although it was a rough road, the team at Meadows Surgical Arts did everything to make it doable and as comfortable as possible.
