What a wild ride! But it was made so much more enjoyable with help from KBRE! The whole staff was fantastic! They take customer service to a new level.
We first met with Karl and started the process of selling our home, but due to Covid and some unforeseen needed repairs, it took quite awhile to get our house ready. The team was patient and helpful beyond belief. They were with us every step of the way. And it was worth it! We sold our house quickly and over listing price, at the highest sale price in our development!

We were very pleased with the services provided by Karl and his team. They did an excellent job with the landscaping and staging of our home. I was impressed with their constant feedback and that a team member was present at every showing. I really appreciated their written report after each showing. It was great to find out how the showing turned out and to have some information about the people looking at the house. It was very helpful when the offers came in.
