Services
Our family-run business has a long tradition in the industry. It was founded in 1973 by Mary Scheidel. She started her career as an auditor for the IRS before opening her own firm. Mary was originally from Illinois and has operated locations in Arizona, Mississippi, Florida and Ohio. Her daughter Katie joined the team in 1996 and helped to grow the Ohio location to over 2000 clients.

My husband and I have been going to Katie to do our taxes since she was in Columbus, Ohio. She is thorough and accurate. Her rates are very reasonable. It is because she is so professional and reliable, that we continue to have her do our annual taxes even though her office is now in Arizona. We thoroughly like and trust her!

My husband and I I've been very satisfied with tax mom we have seven eight years now that we've been going to them they know their business and do it very well they look at all tax breaks end credits to save you the most $ . Never answers office phone. Never calls back when you leave a message. Has no last name. Has no cell phone number. Dose not answer emails in timely manner. Has no credentials or references. She must have a full time job somewhere. You still have to give customer good customer service if you expect to do this kind of work and get jobs. She did not get my job. I will say her prices are right. But you know the old adage..............
