Left off bag of clothes wed. said they would be ready Friday. Stopped Friday and found sign on door saying I’ll be right back. After waiting 20 minutes l left and came back later. Told she was very busy and clothes not ready. Came back Saturday morning and door locked. NEVER AGAIN!!

So at the beginning of August 2021 I took my wedding dress to get cleaned and boxed to Victoria Cleaners and was told it will take about a month. A month rolls around I called them and asked about my dress and they said they didn't have it back yet. I've called them multiple times and nobody really knew anything. I called them today 10/22/21 because I still DON'T have my dress back and come to find out MY DRESS WENT HOME WITH A DIFFERENT LADY! Thankfully the lady brought my dress back to the store because it wasn't hers but now I have to wait even longer for them to send it

The hours mean nothing... They are consistently closed during set hours.
Your sign says "be right back", but I've been sitting here for 15 minutes and I've watched four customers have to walk away empty-handed. If "be right back" doesn't mean the person working at the counter, I guess I'm pretty confused because it definitely doesn't mean your customers.

Victoria Cleaners has always done a great job at dry cleaning my clothes. It's located in a plaza along side of Mills Civic Pkwy so it's not too hard to find. Easy process for getting clothes cleaned, just tell them your name, if you want starch, and drop off. That's it. Dry cleaning will always be ready by next day. But, you only have an hour to grab if you absolutely need them by next day, between 6-7 PM. I typically just wait two days before picking back up. Recommended.

Horrible experience. Dropped my daughters prom dress off and asked for a quote for cleaning. We were told that they'd have to call us. Asked how long. They said "wedding dresses take a couple of weeks" We never received the call. After reaching out, finally received a call saying they needed to "soak" it and it would take more time. Again asked a price. Again told we'd get a call. No call. Asked a timeline. Again. No call. Called multiple times. No status.
