Services
Residential air duct cleaning improves your home's air quality and helps your HVAC system to run more efficiently. Commercial duct cleaning promotes a clean, healthy work environment and improves worker productivity. For more than two decades Pure Aire has been providing exceptional duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning services to residents and businesses throughout New Jersey.
According to the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA), the average six-room house collects 40 pounds of dirt, dust and allergens in its air ducts each year. That's a big problem, considering that 40,000 dust mites can thrive in only one ounce of dust. Those little dust "bunnies" contain a host of unhealthy bacteria, fungi and mold.
Whether you are looking to improve your facility's indoor air quality, save money on energy, or provide a cleaner, healthier work environment for your employees, commercial duct cleaning can make a difference. In all types of commercial buildings, contaminants like dust, bacteria and mold accumulate in a building's HVAC system and ductwork over time.
Regardless the industry, manufacturing processes all require ventilation. These systems are designed to expel poor quality indoor air and replace it with higher quality outdoor air. In industrial settings these systems must operate at higher capacity in order to eliminate chemical fumes, dust, and other contaminates from the air.
According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, more than 15,000 fires are sparked every year by clothes dryers. Lint and other debris can build up in your dryer vent, reducing air flow to the dryer, backing up dryer exhaust gases, and creating a serious fire hazard. On average, a single family home should have the dryer vent cleaned at least once per year.
