I cannot say enough good things about their photo booth at our wedding. Shifoto was incredibly easy to work with and was one of the only vendors that did not give us problems. The photos are great quality and our guests had a blast. They are worth every penny and I would book them again in a heartbeat. They were extremely professional and friendly.

Terrible customer service with photo order. The studio made a typo on their order form and instead of making it good (an action which would have resulted in them having to print 4 wallet sized photos), they instead sent a note apologizing and offering no other recourse. Considering I just spent $35 on prints from their studio, I would have thought "comping" 4 wallet sized photos would have been the appropriate thing to do. That is what I would have done in their situation.
