Our team leader, Brad Noll, entered real estate after college having been inspired by his grandfather who had worked in real estate for 55 years. His grandfather believed relationships sat at the core of a successful and impactful business.

The whole Noll Team are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and have quick response times. Trevor made viewing homes comforting knowing he wasn’t forcing my hand on anything and helped point out details that I missed throughout each house we saw. David was super quick in responding to any questions I had regarding inspections or closing paperwork and was a great person to first meet while walking into their offices. They’ve made the process of purchasing my first house smooth and efficient. Will absolutely recommend them to friends and family that are looking into purchasing their future home

I heard about the Noll Team when I first came to Fort Wayne (July 2017). They were highly recommended to me, and they have more than lived up to their reputation! Brad Noll teamed me up with Tiffany Fleming, and she has gone above and beyond to help my dreams come true. She listened to what I wanted, gave helpful advice at my requests (I'm a first time house buyer), and we were able to close on my beautiful home in October. There were a couple of complications we experienced with the seller shortly before closing, but we made sure these items would be taken care of, and Tiffany has been persistent
