Drum, Loyka & Associates, LLC (DLA) was founded in 1991 as Drum Associates to provide civil engineering and land surveying services to both public and private sector land development clients. DLA offers a full range of engineering services in the land development, water resources, and environmental fields: this includes civil and water resource engineering design and analysis, planning, and landscape architecture.
