When I met Mike Damico for my free consultation. He truly listened to what I was explaining regarding my case. He explains everything regarding payment and much more, lawyer-client what's expected with the relationship. I've also read many great reviews on his performance with Family Court. I'll keep this short as I am in the middle of dealing with this issue. Michael and Erica have been very uncooperative with me, have not handed my case file over after Months of asking, made my case worse in my opinion, they constantly say I said this or that and 90% of the time it's totally false. I respond back asking them to show me where I've said such things and no response. He was retained in June 2020

This guy is the worst. Doesn't help you...hurts you. Does not return phone calls or answer any emails. Did not give me anything that opposing council sent him for 3 months. Just vanished. As for his so called staff...they are as incompetent as Damico himself. This firm, this so called attorney should be reviewed for unethical practice. You should be ashamed Damico...
