Services
From the back view you can see the critical change in posture due to a fallen arch. The leg is effectively shortened on the side with the most arch loss. The pelvis tilts out of alignment and the spine inherits an abnormal curvature. Customized orthotics help support the arch and align the body. Many times this will allow the body to heal itself when the muscles and bones are functioning in correct alignment.
If you notice a bony, painful bump near your big toe, it could be a bunion. Bunions are easy to treat in their early stages, but when left untreated, they can cause significant pain and deformity in your feet. At Park Center Foot and Ankle Clinic, with locations in Boise and Meridian, Idaho, board-certified podiatrist Randy Lowe, DPM, and the team can help you adapt to early-stage bunions with non-surgical and current surgical techniques.
If you notice your toes are bending and unable to point straight, you may have developed hammertoe, a common condition that affects the structure of your foot. At Park Center Foot and Ankle Clinic in Boise and Meridian, Idaho, the team offers safe and effective treatment for people suffering from hammertoe.
If you suffer from symptoms like numbness or tingling in your feet, you may be experiencing neuropathy. If you notice signs of neuropathy, let board-certified podiatrist Randy Lowe, DPM, and his team at Park Center Foot and Ankle Clinic determine the right treatment for you. Located in Boise and Meridian, Idaho, the practice offers a wide range of treatments to relieve your discomfort and effectively manage your condition.

I was very pleased with Dr. Lowe (and the whole staff). He's the fourth doctor I have seen for my bunions and chronic foot pain and he's the only one who proposed any solution. Every other doctor told me my feet weren't bad enough to treat and recommended I take anti-inflammatories and live with the situation. (Meanwhile, I've been reducing my level of activity for years.) At my initial appointment, Dr. Lowe talked to me for almost an hour about treatment options and answered all my questions. In one visit he spent more time on my problem than all the other doctors combined. For the first time

Dr. Lowe's treatments and counsel are really top shelf. He is very good at explaining in layman's terms the situation, and his treatments have been very effective for me. He is never rushed, and demonstrates a genuine concern for his patients. You're not just a number with Dr. Lowe.
This last visit had me suggesting a specific procedure based on my previous experience, and even though he could easily profit by doing this very legitimate procedure, he let me know that if I declined the procedure, I would be fine, with no risk to my health, and the procedure would only result in a cosmetic improvement
