I am so thrilled I found the Engraving Pros! I needed an urn engraved and nobody was able to do it because it wasn't a flat surface, but the Engraving Pros were able to do it!!! They did the most incredible job engraving the urn and they were also able to do it quickly and had the most amazing people working there. All in all an amazing experience! I will definitely be taking everything I need engraved to them.

Friendly and quick service but disappointed in the size and legibility of the font. The double cursive looks good on the sample and you would expect they would advise or provide samples of the actual font size to be used before performing the work but they did not have any. Happy Adventures! Looks better enlarged but you can barely make it out with the normal eye.

Engraving pros accommodated us with a last minute idea during the holidays for 20 tumblers to be engraved with our company logo. The staff at engraving pros was very friendly, helpful and fast. In just a day I had all the tumblers engraved and I dropped 2 additional ones and those were done in about an hour or so. Our staff loved the tumblers and their friends and relatives have asked if we could give them one. I highly recommend Engraving Pros.

If it was possible to give them 10 stars I would. The service, the quality of work, and the price...all of it was above and beyond my expectations. Specifically their associate Derek was a delight and professional to work with. For every question I had he was able to provide me the appropriate answer, and continuously build my confidence and trust in his ability to take care of my requests and needs. I originally went to Things Remembered to have a gift engraved, they told me they do not grave on outside wood pieces. I looked up an engraver in the area that may be able to engrave my box. I came into Engraving Pros right before they were about to close and the young man who was there was polite and willing to help.
He was so helpful with assisting me with create the perfect gift and bringing my vision to life. My order was ready for pick up less than 24 hours later. The final product looked even better than what I was expecting. Thanks you guys!

My sister and I needed a plaque engraved for our fathers container for his ashes and had to have it quickly to send up North. I made a mistake on it and didn't catch it until I went home. When I went back she showed me my original and I did write it wrong instead of charging me over for it I was charged a small amount and she had it done quickly. I've gone here a number of times since I was 16 years old (personalized license plate cover). If its something they can engrave they're very clear about their abilities and prices. Sometimes they don't sell an item in their store, BUT they will engrave outside items too! I've gotten so many things engraved there I've lost count, and their same day service is awesome (for small things or single orders). Definitely going back whether its to personalize a Love Lock for a trip to a romantic European bridge, party favors, or for special gifts for friends.

Horribly run shop. Spoke with employee on the phone stating they could do same day engraving for $30. Drove out there with my family and was told it would actually by $55.17 by Derek but it could be done in an hour and we should just "walk around the mall" and he would give us a call. After 90 minutes or so, I return to the shop and am told by Harold that it may not be done today and when I tell him I paid $60/he for their "labor", I expect them to honor their side of the agreement, he passes me off on the phone to the "manager" (Nicole) who may be the CEO (his words

This was my first time having something engraved so I expect engravers to be experts at engraving and recommendations. Not the case here. I brought in a US Coast Guard Medal of silver to be engraved and the person who helped me said "choose any font you want." He didn't offer any suggestions on the type of metal or other insights so I picked a font that looked clear with good spacing. Picked up the completed product and it looks terrible... barely legible. No clarity of the lines or letters at all. And, they didn't capitalize the individual letters of words that were described

I had 3 pieces engraved here and several of them had intricate artwork, they came out beautiful. I also had a leather wallet engraved for a Father's day present that also came out very nice. They were able to use the artwork I sent them and the prices are fair for the quality of work. Actually lower than a 2 other shops that I know of.
