Services
If it is determined that the patient is a suitable candidate for SCS, often the first step is to implant a device on a trial basis. During the SCS trial phase, a lead or leads are implanted temporarily and are connected to a trial spinal cord stimulator. The trial stimulator is programmed with one or more stimulation programs customized to the specific areas of the patient's pain.

Terrible service. After 3 reschedules (due to my travel schedule and the fact that Dr. Halsell is only in the Tulsa office the 1-15th of each month, I'm in town later in the month), they refused to accept me as a first time patient. Avoid this doctor/provider at all costs, they're not interested in helping patients. Period. I'll be posting a formal complaint with the state board of Medicine.

I wasn't dropped as a patient here but I chose to leave after a year of what was a wonderful experience with Dr Halsell. I was seeing him for Suboxone and doing great with my recovery I passed every UA and had no problems until today when I was 15 minutes late for my appointment coming back from my grandfather's funeral. I told them ahead of time I was going to be late and you would have thought the world was ending. Dr Halsell is often not there and has had to reschedule me around his life many times but if I do that once it's a huge problem. They said this isn't the first time I've had scheduling

I have been a patient of Dr Halsells for almost 5 years. I see him every month religiously. I have taken and passed a urine screen every single month during my time as his patient. On the 4/718 I had my regular monthly visit and urine screen. On 4/18/18 I recieved a phone call from a nurse saying my urine did not contain my pain medication and they asked why. I was completely baffled and told them that it might be a error at the lab or something because its never happened before in 5 years or it might be because I was at an event and was drinking pretty much all day and night the 5th and 6th and
