People lied to my parents about how long it would take and forgot my receipt had to go back in and ask for another one to make sure I had my warranty for my automatic start my parents got me for Christmas and now one day later and having issues glad I tested it before I left and they reexplained and did again after explanation and such and worked yesterday and today having problems.

I had a stereo amp and sub put in my work van .they did a great clean job .Matt explained and helped me choose what would be best for me without over selling me I wanted speakers on the wall behind the seats and he said just do door speakers that I don't need more and if I want he can add later he was right I'm glad I listened to him. It sounds awesome. I highly recommend them. Looking forward to have a remote start put in my wife's car.

I decided that I wanted to do a chrome delete on my cars badges. I did it my self and I didn't like how they looked so I called around and the owner matt told me to bring the car down to see what they can do. He was very polite and was willing to work with me on what they could do. They called me a week later and told me the badges where done. And they looked AMAZING and just how I wanted them to look. I would 100% recommended anyone looking to get work done check these guys out.

Haven't used a car stereo store in years. About 30 yrs since I had 4 15's in my trunk and 4 6by9's!!Met with Matt. I was looking for a touchscreen for my Ram 1500. Matt gave me several options and was asking what I needed the touchscreen for and what apps do I use. He walked me through 3 or 4 options. And recommended which get touchscreen I should get. No overselling. No pressure. Extremely knowledgeable. Matt stayed late, after the shop closed to finish my truck. To start off, amazing customer service. After a week of back and forth, due to my complicated OEM car, they successfully installed Apple Carplay. Let me elaborate, if it were me in their position I would have given up on the car after realizing how complicated it is to work on. These guys were very dedicated to doing their best job on the car, and the results are this seamless Kenwood system installation. Big shoutout to Jake for keeping me updated theoughout the entire processand the muscular guy that worked on my car. 10/10. Definitely worth checking these guys out.

These guys are the real deal! They’re nice and know what they’re doing. Thank you so much for the amazing work you did on my beloved Celica! First off let me start by saying that Matt is incredibly dedicated to his job and the quality of work performed. He was available to answer and explain all my questions and really find a solution to meet my sound needs. There is no problem that he can't solve, this is his specialty. I recently got new speakers installed then subwoofer and amplifier too. It was done in steps so I was super anxious about the outcome but Matt knows what he's talking about and the final outcome is amazing. Super clean install. Tints too. He has stayed late more than once to get it finished as well. I admire

I set up an appointment at 3:45 p.m. I dropped off my car on time with instructions to do a hardwire satellite radio install with no wires visible. I had already installed the radio and antenna. Upon arrival I was told the install would take an hour or so, I went to the stores nearby. I returned an hour later, install not done. Matt, the manager, asked me again what I wanted done. I said that I would like the sat. radio installed, hardwired, with no wires present. Shortly thereafter my car came out with a patch wire still attached to the radio dashboard 'aux' port. Went to see Matt the other day about a lost keyfob to my Hyundai. Gave a deposit on the weekend he said the part would take 3 or 4 days to come in. Monday morning I called up to see if he ordered it and was told he had it in the warehouse. I brought the car in went to get coffee and it was finished. Thanks.

Had my windows tinted here on my new car. They were great--very professional and reasonably priced. I dropped my car off for the day, and when I came by at 5 to pick it up, it was ready. The tint was exactly what I wanted. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because I found out the day of that I'd have to pay extra $ since Subaru put in additional windows in the 2016 cars which in turn costs more $ for tints, and when I picked up my car I had to wait around a bit for someone to come to the counter. But overall, a pleasant experience. Matt was helpful and very sweet.

I came to Matt, the owner, with a quote from Best Buy for a stereo install and he beat their price. I had a slight problem with the install (minus a star for that) and Matt took care of it. He took the time to explain the install procedure and then to sit with me and go through the stereo functions. Install was clean and service was fast.

This place is so overpriced its an insult. The wanted over $700 for a viper security system. Dont they realize in todays age people can research prices online before shopping around? A $12 component they wanted $75 for example.... I went over too avenue car stereo on sunrise highway. $370!!! For the same exact system. Really hope this place gets a reality check

First off plan on getting overpriced on anything you purchase from this business.
Ex) for LED interior light bulbs
Tried telling me $164!!!
I said "HUH", and after a few minutes went by he said how does $87 sound?!
I didn't realize later that I was still being over charged by about $25-30.
Second, they installed the wrong security system in my car.
They really are not a good place to go to
I would recommend trying Avenue Sound in Freeport, NY or Movin On Sound in

Was having lots of problems with my car alarm and keyless entry so went online and decided I wanted a Viper system installed. Went to Parkway and specifically mentioned I wanted a Viper system, even pointed to a Viper model they had on the wall as I was discussing things. The guy said, "Sure, no problem". I picked up my car and when I got home I found out they had installed a completely different system by a different manufacturer. So pissed. Wish I could give a "zero stars" rating.

I didn't even get any work done and I rate them no stars just from the phone call to get a price quote to get a double din stereo installed. Picked up the phone and right away said "Hold!". And there I sat but fair enough. When the guy (didn't get his name) got on I told him what I wanted to have done he came back with a price of $185. PC Richards quoted me $45. I told him the whole stereo didn't cost me that and, very snarkily, told me "well I'm real sorry to hear that but my guys want to be paid". Too bad, not from me pal.
