They did everything that they said they would do. The supplier shipped the wrong windshield and we didn't catch it until we picked up the jeep. So they got another one shipped and they had to reinstall a second time, but they didn't upcharge me for anything. They ate the expense of the second install labor. They know what they are doing and they make it right if there are any problems. That means something to me.

Melanie and the guys were extremely nice and professional. I had knocked out the back glass on my auv and the type of vehicle I drive... the glass is a pain to get ahold of because they don't make .y type of suv anymore. They worked their tails off and got it for mw and did a great job installing the back glass on my vehicle. Thanks guys.

Bristol Auto glass went above and beyond. 13 Ford Fusion and Safelite wanted 479.00 plus an extra 50 if they came to me. I took it to Bristol Auto glass and they put my windshield in for 269.28. They cant be beat. Will definitely be the only place I go for any auto glass repair. And will be recommending to all family and friends. Thanks again Bristol Auto Glass!

After a national chain completely botched my windshield in my armada(broke every piece of trim around the windshield and tried to glue it back down), Steve and the crew got me fixed up with all new trim and a new windshield. Quality work and great customer service.
