Henry J. Cistrelli ESQ. Attorney ID # 024131996 is employed at Starr, Gern, Davison & Rubin, PC in Roseland NJ. He works there as a NJ workers compensation lawyer and has just cost me $32,000 on a mistake. I was awarded total disability with the Second Injury Fund. Before signing the Settlement Affidavit I emailed him to confirm that my back benefits and back awards for my disability. He replied that I would in fact receive $80,000.
