Kitty is an amazing realtor and an even better person! Having the pleasure of working with her selling my house while going above and beyond to make sure the house closed promptly. She was able to secure full asking price, made sure all the inspection reports were performed timely and all the work completed that buyers wanted done, so the closing date was never jeopardized. I could not have asked for a better person to sell my house and she knows the Tri County real estate market as well as anyone in the business! If anyone needs to buy or sell a house Kitty is the right person.

My wife and I rented a house that was be under control of Capitol Realty Group. Living there for two years we kept the house in very good shape, compared to the renters before us. As our lease ended we did a walk through with the manager who said everything looks fine and we should have your deposit in the mail in a few weeks. Come to find out we were charged without being informed of any wrong doings. I would not recommend renting a house that goes through this group.

We were so lucky to find Kitty! She was a professional from the beginning when she showed up to our house until we closed. She made sure the whole process was as stress free as possible. Kitty ROCKS! My wife, Dr. G, and I moved from sunny S. Florida and before that we needed a real estate person that could find a house that would fit our lifestyle, and our special needs. We flew up to Montgomery and went out with her a total of three times.. the last time was the ringer.. ( we wanted to take our time and find that perfect home.) I would highly recommend Capital Realty Group to anyone. All of the agents actually care about their clients. I still keep in touch with my realtor, Cathy Varner, and consider her a friend! Not only do they do a fabulous job in real estate services, but also in property management. Jeff Wasserman does a fantastic and thorough job as the property manager on our behalf for our rental home. Above all else, they go above and beyond the call of duty!
