I ABSOLUTELY recommend you KEEP WALKING if you are thinking of purchasing insurance through Capital West Insurance on Scottsdale Road. If you ever need help & guidance after an accident....you are essentially on your own! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE with a claim that was 100% non disputed, no fault of their insured. Totally unacceptable. I recommend you stay away from Capital West and their agent Mary D'Angelo....

I recently changed my insurance from Geico to Capital West. I have been pretty loyal to Geico for several years, but I could not pass on the rate which saved me about 50% on all insurance including Jewelry, Auto, and Home Owners. The process to change over was as easy as operating an Iphone. The staff took all the work and worry from me and made it a seamless transition. The reason I am writing this review, is a few months later I came into a personal situation where I needed specific auto insurance for several cars within a very short period of time.
