As a part of our "Design Remix" series, we took a shot at a re-branding concept for one of our favorite local microbreweries: The Stout House of Upland, CA. An authority and leader in the battle against domestic homelessness, the Illumination Foundation needed an updated logo and branding for current times.
We had the opportunity of naming and branding Ontario's newest boba-gem Kozan Boba & Tea House, a new boba shop with a spin on customizing your favorite tea drinks. As a young nonprofit organization based out of Orange County, Bloom Foundation was looking for fresh, design-centric visual aesthetic for their target audience.

The Stout House is an on the rise brewery in Upland, CA that has made quite an established presence in the first year. Although stout beer is a specialty at the brewery, they're well known for the variety of selection in their beers. Rather than focusing solely on the word "stout", we formed an identity that visualized the important values that The Stout House wants to represent.
Illumination Foundation (IF for short), a non-profit 501(c)(3) based out of Orange County, provides targeted, interdisciplinary services for the most vulnerable homeless adults and children in order to disrupt the cycle of homelessness.
Having been around for over a decade, they have established themselves as a leader in the domestic battle of homelessness, garnering attention from major media outlets and even winning California's Nonprofit of the Year award in 2018.Given that many people were already familiar with Illumination Foundation's original logos, a refresh was needed to make it more modern and appropriate for current times.

In modern day, boba and tea shops are now beginning to separate themsleves visually from their competitors by becoming more design-focused in their branding, product and packaging design. Kozan Boba & Tea House, set to open sometime in 2020, followed suite and hired us to complete a branding suite that holds a candle to some of Southern California's best looking boba shops and tea houses.

As a lyricist, I'm great with my words, but turning them into a living/breathing visual was harder than i thought. So i reached out to Creative Squeeze to help me build the face of my record label, Unidentified Enterprise. Let's just say I was more than floored with their work and would recommend them highly. Understand that these guys are not mind readers, but darn close! Try and give them as many details as possible to get what you want. I recently recommended Creative Squeeze to a client of mine and had an opportunity to work with Creative Squeeze first-hand. I'm a fan of their live web-page proposals and progress reports. It's hard to find creative agencies that stick to the timeline in their proposal ("you can't rush the creative process" as I've been told by creatives a million times); however, Creative Squeeze delivered a full branding package exactly as they detailed in their proposal. Needless to say, I plan on working with Creative Squeeze again on other projects.

It was a pleasure to work with them throughout the entire process. They made it an enjoyable and authentic experience by truly listening to what I wanted, and they hit the nail on the head when it came to delivering on concepts. We are reviewing as Cedar Mountain Post Acute. We started working with CS since the beginning of this year. They have redesigned our website, which now is very user-friendly, simple, and elegant. Created our business cards, marketing stickers, brochures, and admission folders. CP and his team are very quick to respond to our emails. They would spend the time to listen to what we have in mind and always open for brainstorming. We recently used Creative Squeeze to create a new look for our website. Although built using squarespace they were able to do pretty much everything we envisioned a custom developed site looking like. They were great communication wise, were able to work around my diary despite being based in another timezone, and actually went beyond the work we’d agreed in the original proposal, which we were really pleased with. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Absolutely the most enjoyable well - managed creative team I've ever worked with. Hands down they are extremely skilled at perfecting the quality of design management, and suburb at quality control. I felt as though they really understood the direction of my vision and stayed on course with their timeline and execution. I highly recommend their team.
