My family and I rented a house from Judy Griffin for the Iuly 4th week.
for about $9000. She is Rude, Angry and super unprofessional. Any time I needed her she sounds dismissive and intimidating. She has shouted ,and I mean shouted at me and my 19 year old son , at least five times . She has apologized three times but seems like she can not control herself. Unprofessional is a understatement. she has accused me of having parties at the house if I write this review . It is August 11-2020 over 4 weeks after our rental . My deposit was suppose to be mailed out after EVERYTHING checked out . There

Since Covid hit, I have been corresponding with Bobby at Mann & Sons about potential impacts to my June beach rental based on restrictions. Throughout the entire time, Bobby was professional and responsive to my questions and concerns. Thank you for the outstanding customer service during these unprecedented times!

Rented a house for week of August 1-8 but could not make trip with DE travel advisory with COVID. Informed them immediately and was told they would re-list. House was re-rented quickly but will not return all monies paid and Joseph stated it is their policy to keep 15%. Unwilling to work with us and did not even offer a credit towards another rental for a future date. During this time.... businesses are working together to make the best of the situation but Mann & Sons chose to benefit and keep $743.49. I understand company policies but given the situation their decision to strictly adhere to keeping

Judy Griffin wouldn't let us rent a vacation home because she assumes party of 8 adults celebrating birthday party is a no no. We are in our 30's-40's, all very responsible and clean and a bit too old for a 'crazy' party and wanted a nice getaway. She said 'It's an expensive house, I'll look into the other properties and call you back.' Never called me back. My friend tried to book many of homes that she manages through multiple websites that say 'available' but she rejected all of it.

I called Mann & Sons May 6, 2017 and the agent Thomas was very helpful very polite. I was inquiring about Memorial Weekend house rental in the Rehoboth Beach area and Thomas responded so quickly by emailing me properties for me to view. What a difference from one realtor to another in that same vicinity.(jlingo and Crowley associates ??)
We need more Mann & Sons in that area so cutomers can feel appreciated when spending hard earned money.

I had a disappointing experience with Mann & Sons rentals. I had to cancel two months prior to a stay. Mann & Sons staff misrepresented their vague cancellation policy before I signed their contract, and gave me another interpretation when I had to later cancel. I would read the fine print in the contract and assume if you have to cancel you will NOT get your deposit back. In my opinion, they still owe me $1800 and treated a returning customer poorly.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Troy Roberts in my search and purchase of my property. I explained to Troy about the price and location and he met every expectation. There was always an open communication with Troy, anything I had questions about he was quick to get back to me with the answer or information on how to obtain what I was looking for. Troy has even contacted me on the progress of my land which goes way above and beyond what I am used to.

My friends and I just worked with Bobby McVey at Mann's to find a Rehoboth rental house for summer 2016 and we couldn't have been happier. He was professional, pleasant and organized. He found several listings after determining what we were looking for through e-mail and took us through each house when we went to Rehoboth to see them. He had prepared a packet of written descriptions of all the houses and was patient and informative as we looked around. He was obviously very familiar with all the properties and was able to answer all our questions -- by far the best agent we've worked
