This one of the greatest places I’ve ever found where a doctor actually knows their patients. From one month to the next past conversations are remembered plus your treated. I don’t know about other doctors but Doctor Bass is the best doctor/person I’ve met in long time. This is the only reason I go to great mines.

We're very happy with the service we received here today, so much so that i had to come write a review. my husband had an emergency to where his wisdom tooth broke apart suddenly over the weekend, and he needed it pulled. i took him to our local ER so they could handle his pain, and not only did great mines give me a call first thing monday morning after me leaving a message over the weekend, they got us right in and where really kind to us!

The dental part does great with kids. However, my fiancé was rescheduled for major tooth pain 4 times and when the pain was so bad they wouldn’t work him in. So he went elsewhere. The medical side has its ups and downs. They do great with work ins but when it comes to getting results or call backs they are the WORST! I have had to talk to the business office manager a few times because of this. It’s unprofessional and it always seems to be the same medical assistant! The excuse is they are busy. I worked in a doctors office with 7 doctors and 3 NPs and everyone got a call back the same day

Have been going to the medical side for many many years.. outlasted several physicians who either retired or moved on. The care in the last year has steadily gone down hill, the care is sub par at best. Unneeded test to bill insurance, getting a call back sometimes is next to impossible, bottom line is there paycheck and government funding, not your care any longer!!! There is better physicians around that treats and cares for their patient, not there pocket book!!

Was my first visit. I had emergency tooth abscess and they found a way to fit me in. All the staff was excellent and it took less time than all other dentist visits in the past. Ive got to say my dentist Dr. Sheri Thomas was awesome. She knows what shes doing. I hope I get her and her assistant each time I come in the future. I would highly recommend this place based on the people who helped me. Painless no nonsense Dentistry. Tim

I go there all the time for my teeth to be worked on. After I am done, I have to wait for ever because the ladies at the receptionist desk take forever to do their job. Instead of getting me signed out they were ordering food and chatting. Like who in their right mind "while working and not on break" would do this to their customers. I thought they wanted business but I can clearly see that the just don't care. How irresponsible, I have a life too than to wait for them to dismiss me. Not only that when I asked them if im ready to leave, they will literally make such a big deal bout that, they were

I love the pharmacy and pediatric office!! I will NEVER go back to the dental office! We went on recommendation and wasted our time and money - again. I have always been up front that my toddler has increasingly disliked the dentist office. We have bounced her around to several because EVERY time they say they'll take her as a patient - and then the dentist decides he doesn't want to because she wouldn't cooperate - even though I have told EVERY receptionist and nurse that she's becoming afraid!! They want the money for the appointment and x-rays - just to turn us away for any real treatment. This

Making an appointment is impossible. They refuse to schedule appointments more than two days in advance - I have never been to any business that held this practice - and in the +10 times I called yesterday, and the one voicemail, I never heard back from anyone. Now it's Friday and they're closed. I am in pain from my dental issues and they are all I can afford. If they're going to run a business and expect to earn money, they should actually talk to people trying to make appointments with them.
During my in person visit, the staff were polite and professional. Its the only good thing I can so

I am disabled and setup an appointment which was 3 months ago. Apparently someone there decided to change my visit type. Well when I was taken to the back I was frustrated because of what they did to me. Needless to say I didn't get treated that day and was promised by that Friday that I'd see a doctor. That ended up being a lie, then Monday came and they finally a call came. They said their doctor didn't want to deal with my situation. I was born with bilateral club feet, now I scoliosis of my spine. I was with a doctor in St Louis but I had to see him every 2 weeks 120 mi, that's why I needed
