Dr. M is a very nice guy and I have nothing against him, but trying to get prescriptions filled has proved to be a challenge. It feels like either he's not being informed when there has been a request for a refill or that he just doesn't take the time to reply to the pharmacy quickly. This has not been a one time event regarding prescription refills, it has been an ongoing issue that we have to call or have the pharmacy call multiple times to get a reply and a new prescription. The response I get from the person who answers the phone is that she can't do anything to help and that she has left the
