The running is not an exclusive activity of young and athletic people. It is becoming more popular among people of any age and physical condition, and even is open to those with health problems, as long as it is practiced in a controlled manner. The running is very simple, but, before starting a workout routine, you should see a doctor for preventive checkup, and also, to be advised by a personal trainer to guide the training routine.

Running is not a mystery. It can be practiced at any age, provided the physical condition is taken into account. Therefore, it is advisable to go to a medical professional, whose recommendations will help make it more enjoyable to run. Above all, beginners should take care of this issue in order to prevent the initial enthusiasm from turning into an unfortunate setback.

Hands down THE BEST apartments I have ever known.
The employees are seriously some of the nicest humans I've ever met!
Applying here was super fast and easy, I was walked through every step of the process until signing my lease & was given all the information I could ever need about the applying process, apartment itself, area, amenities, pet policy, etc.
This place has everything I've ever wanted in an apartment home/complex.
Absolutely IN LOVE with it here already!!

The apartment itself is great. Sometimes it seems like management is not super organized or on top of things; it seems like we have to follow up multiple times in order for things to get done. However, those situations are few and far between.

DO NOT MOVE HERE.
When we were initially moving in we were told that there would be no extra charges but some how each month our amount increased for pointless things.
They also can never keep their amenities open or in working order.
Upon move out I was told it wouldn’t be that expensive, but when the bill came they were trying to charge us about $800 in move out fees. When we reached out they said they “accidentally” were charging us for stuff they never did to our apartment.
When I reached out about the price being incorrect, the office people took over three weeks to respond. Once

I have loved living at RIVULET Apartments! The staff is amazing and easy to work with. The maintenance men are the nicest and so helpful and the amenities are incredible including the gym! Most apartment complexes have a small gym but RIVULETs gym is amazing! Great place for families so many parks and activities near by and by the freeway!

Overall happy with our experience living here. Will shoutout their repair team who has always been super quick and friendly.
A few things are keeping it from being an even better place: 1) recycling service doesn't always pick up our recycling materials which is annoying given we pay for for onsite utility collection, 2) recycle bins are ALWAYS locked so we're unable to take out our own recycle waste, 3) media package includes pointless services like standard definition satellite...it would be great to have an internet only option, 4) smart home features are finicky and Dwelo customer service

Move-in was prompt and allowed for our schedules to lineup. The apartment was clean and organized. The management team was extremely helpful in assisting with any questions and concerns we had.

I appreciate reviews that aren’t completely one-sided so here are some pros and cons I’ve seen after living at the Rivulet for a year:
Pros:
-Apartments are Insulated well from your neighbors. You still occasional hear things, but not bad at all.
-The grounds are well kept and well lit. A lot of people pick up after their pets but some unfortunately don’t. I’ve seen a worker go around with a shovel to clean up after lazy dog owners.
-Plenty of parking spaces (for guests and residents) and big roads to drive on through the complex (a rarity nowadays in newer high-density housing)

We have lived her for four months and I have mixed feelings. The apartments are great and very nice on the inside. The complex is close to the freeway which makes commuting easy. However all the extras you pay for here are useless right now. The pool is closed at 6, so if you have a full time job to pay the high rent here you won't ever get the chance to use it. Also the hot tub has been closed for at least 4 weeks and it looks like nothing is being done to fix it. We often see people using it despite the signs saying it's a closed so who knows at this point. Also the grounds staff are very rude

Very pleased with the quality of the apartments here are Rivulet. Also the garages are pretty large. Upon move in, everything worked great and was to expectation, with the exception of Dwelo, but that was an easy fix. The community is quiet. K in the leasing office is awesome. She answered all my questions and kept frequent contact during the process. From application to move in, it’s been a great experience.

We moved to Rivulet in July of last year, I love the aesthetic of the buildings, Is simple and it looks beautiful with mountains.
The apartments are gorgeous, spacious and the management and maintenance have been very efficient to fix our fan issues. In fact recently made a map so we didn’t have to deal with the “phantom” lights or slip on ice at the bottom step of the stair no more
The club house is gorgeous, be aware to be able to use there is a $25 charge per hour.
They have a 24 hr gym, basketball court and a golf simulator.
We picked rivulet for the beautiful apartments and also
