Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgical Associates was founded by Dr. Jose R. Ruiz in 1997. To provide a better service to all patients of Millville and other communities in the Southern areas, the office relocated its facilities to 1600 North High Street in Millville, NJ (formerly 1306 North High Street) with a larger state of the art facility, 6 operative rooms and ample parking space and easy access for patients with disabilities.
Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgical Associates has four employees, Dr. Jose R. Ruiz, Ms. Irene Ruiz, Office Administrator, Ms. Jessica Parson, Receptionist/Podiatric Assistant and Michelle Milete, Medical Biller. These individuals have been a great asset to the success of the company. Ms. Ruiz and Ms. Milete provide translation to our Spanish population which makes patients feel more comfortable at the time of their visit.

During the first visit, we make sure to obtain background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. We encourage that all patients be seen by appointments, and request that you call in advance so that we may reserve a time for you.
