I really wanted to find a quality, local shop. The search continues. I have a 2018 freightliner in excellent condition that now drips oil from the the drain plug, the new fuel filter has chunks of grease on the element itself! Front slacks were not checked. All in all unacceptable. All this and it took over 4 hours for a scheduled oil change that was supposed to take "about an hour".

The most honest and affordable repair shop I know of. Though they specialize in Big Rig Trucks, they work on all types of vehicles. Including motorhomes, travel Vans, etc...
I found them by accident, when I had a bearing bust out on the freeway. And they worked outside there usual hours to get my daughter and myself back on the road. I stay with them on purpose, they are most knowledgeable, courteous and reasonable.

We took our RV in for a loss of power problem. Ultimate Truck Service diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a reasonable time. We also received a follow up call the next day to make sure the problem was fixed. If needed we would use this outfit again.

They fixed my 2012 Chevy pickup quickly and at a lower price than the dealership. The customer service people were friendly, scheduled my appointment to fit my schedule. Great location, too, near the I5 and I205 interchange. The transmission now shifts easily and my pickup runs much better.

A super place. I made an appointment to have oil changed in our RV. We came in on time and they also offered an inspection of all chassis . I agreed.
Turns out the rear brakes on passenger side rear were metal to metal. Now we are full time and and live in the rv as we travel through out the USA. These folks were able to find the correct parts and repair the brakes the same day. They also suggested that some of the parts may be covered under a warranted. Turns out the caliper and bearing were covered saving me $400...We were then invited to their costumer appreciation lunch the following Friday

4.5 stars to the gentleman who came out to look at my bus. He was friendly and seem to know what he was doing. He worked for about 40 mins trying to diagnose my issue. Said his goodbye and was on his way. 45 mins and out. I was happy till I got the bill an hour later. I agreed to the 1 minimum and drive miles. Except now I’m told I’m paying the whole hour service charge, 30 mins of drive time (@190/hr) and mileage of 1.50 each. At no point was drive time discussed. Even when I was comparing the “in house” rate vs “mobile”, I mentioned at only $30 it was worth it to me. I feel like this

I took my 6.5 turbo diesel to these guys to have it diagnosed because it was smoking.Long story short they said it needed 8 new injectors for the price of $2300.00 . I decided to get a second opinion and it wasn't the injectors at all. It ended up being a bad cylinder head. Runs great now without any new injectors. If I would have had them put the injectors in ,it wouldn't have fixed a thing and I would be out another $2500 including the cost for their worthless diagnostic test ! Either they need to get someone that knows what they are doing or they aren't being honest with people. Thanks for nothing

This company overcharged us for an easy oil change because they decided to do additional inspections with out asking first (we were charged for an inspection that was three times the price of the oil change). Maybe this is my fault for not setting a price cap, I've never experienced a mechanic shop charge me for work that wasn't either approved, or ask for.

These guys know what they are doing. I am a person who does tons of research before I go anywhere and love good services for a good price. I brought my 98 Cummins to them a couple times now and nothing but great service. I was going on vacation and needed my truck fixed same day and they made it happen. Even better is I had a minor problem with one of their fixes and brought it back today for them to fix and they happily got started on it! Just goes to show that there really are HONEST repair shops around. I guarantee if you check this family owned and operated business out you will NOT be sorry

This was my second time at UTS with my 99 Dodge diesel. With 200,000 miles I figured I'd get some preventative maintenance done with a valve adjustment and have my hoses replaced. They also diagnosed that the exhaust leak I had noticed was from a cracked exhaust manifold. which I had them replace. After a couple days in the shop a girl calls me up to say there's nothing wrong with my heater hoses and do I really want them replaced. I told her yes, I just had the main hoses replaced at a New Mexico Dodge dealer and wanted all the rest replaced to assure no future problems.
Thank you UTS - you went
