Valley Land Title Company, formerly Cherokee Title & Abstract Company and Sallisaw Abstract Company, was established in 1979. It has grown as a licensed and bonded abstract firm, while also providing title insurance, closing services and all types of real property services to the public.

With long-standing relationships within the community and surrounding areas; Valley Land Title Company continues to deliver reliability, dependability, confidentiality and trust in each and every transaction.
Our licensed abstractors will work diligently to provide you with a thorough history of your new property to ensure that your closing goes as smooth as possible. Our staff can conduct detailed property title searches for any property or properties that you own or are interested in purchasing. Our Licensed title insurance agents will assist you in protecting your property from issues that may rise with the title of a particular property.
Brad is the President and co-owner of Valley Land Title Company, and is also the owner of The Law Office of L. Brad Allen, P.C. Brad was born in Sallisaw and his family has been in Sequoyah County for over 175 years. Brad graduated from Northeastern State University in 1995. Since 1995, Brad has practiced law in eastern Oklahoma, specializing in real estate law.

When dealing with the long and lengthy process of closing on a property, the last thing you want to have to worry about is a dishonest and incomplete title company. I can say without any shadow of a doubt after dealing with this company, you do need to
1) Hire a Real Estate attorney, and not the one who owns and manages this company… conflict of interest perhaps?
2) READ CAREFULLY and diligently through the paper work. Don’t just take the closing agents word. It will undoubtedly mislead you.
3) Do not sign anything until all of your questions have been answered AND RESOLVED.
