AAA Tents for Events is a locally owned and operated event rental business that has been proudly serving the northwestern Arkansas area for almost two decades. We are a one-stop-shop that supplies all of your event rental needs, including tents, tables, chairs, lighting, and more. We offer two of the most popular types of tent rentals-the marquee style cross cable frame tent and the center pole tent.
Not all inventory is listed below. We are working on getting everything posted, but for now, what you see is what you get. You may select any item in this catalog, specify variations (where applicable), and add them to your cart in order to see a close approximation of the cost. It is only after submitting your request that we will send you back an exact representation of the cost.

Used this company for my wedding. Overall, we got the requested equipment and everything worked out. However, communication wasn't great. I called multiple times in the week leading up to our event to try to confirm the drop off time. I was told they were very busy and didn't know yet. The day before the event I was assured they would drop off after 3pm (that was when we could check in to the venue). Then I get a call day of at 1pm saying they were there to set up. Because of this I wasn't able to be there during set up and the tent was not put where I wanted it. I tried to communicate the importance

Such a great company to work with. We rented tents, tables, and chairs for our wedding and they promptly delivered. Johnny was oober nice and easy to work with. I only took 1 star away because we had a tent "fall in" before our ceremony and with it being on a Sunday (they are closed on weekends) we couldn't use it. However, they reimbursed it. We also had to wash all tables and chairs before they could be used (chairs were covered in dirt). Good value and would recommend them.

Recently went into their office to inquire about some information. The Decour is beautiful and the receptionist along with another employee were very helpful and friendly answering my questions even though it was not directly related to a rental. Because of their kindness and professionalism they are absolutely a company I’d feel comfortable doing buisness with in the future if I needed to or recommend them to someone else.

They did not notify me when they were coming which they were aware they needed to and showed up at my employers which made me look bad to my employer and the woman renting the tent. I rushed over and they left to set up another tent and I had to wait an hour before they returned. Otherwise, the tent was nice. When they came to pick it up and again, they did not communicate. Will not recommend them for any more parties at this facility.

This company is AMAZING!!!! Larry has gone above and beyond with his advice and expertise. I have used his company for 4 events now and am completely satisfied and will never go anywhere else for my tent/function needs. Not only does he have wonderful tents, but has always found me the exact tables, chairs, linens, and lightning I asked for. Prompt, courteous, helpful, and accountable is how I describe this company.
