Seems as if no one at this office takes a healthy mental seriously. It’s like communicating with a damp sponge. They seem to be effective but in the 3 months since we signed on we’ve only had one appointment. Our provider has had an emergency every week for 12 weeks. Here lately, she’s had 3 surgeries and a week long allergic reaction and I just don’t understand the hype. I will be filing a formal complaint because they established a connection with my 3 daughters and then dropped them. Idk if it’s the actual therapist Or the staff but the entire operation needs a new overhaul. They are

I was a potential new patient. I requested a zoom session but I found out it’s doxy. me. The communication between the scheduling staff and therapist was unacceptable. Katrina Johnson Pease the therapist that is not concerned with who her clients speak with to schedule their appointments or if her clients receive customer service is unacceptable.

Coming to Moving Forward Life Services saved my life. After the passing of my mother in 2018, I went into a deep depression. I really didn't have a reason to keep going. My mother was my life. When I first started seeing Mrs.Lee , I was so broken. I must say this lady helped me see that I still had a reason to live. She listened, she talked, and will never forget how she showed me so much love. This place is amazing ! I would like to thank Moving Forward for being a big part of my life. Mrs.Lee you are amazing, and thank you for everything.
