Some examples of places to place the decal are: Mailbox Post, Garbage Bin or Can, Fence Post, House Post, or some other structure that is in close proximity of where your trash sits and is visible to our crews. A. While we expect that the above mentioned suggestions will take care of 99% of our customer we do recognize that there may be a few people that have a difficult time finding a place to put the decal.
Mountain State Waste offers convenient and reliable curbside trash collection to residents in Braxton, Cabell, Gilmer, Harrison, Lewis, Lincoln, Monongalia, Randolph, Ritchie, Taylor, Upshur, Wayne and Wetzel Counties in WV, Greene County in PA, Lawrence County in OH and Boyd County in KY. MSW provides single stream recycling, which allows all recyclables to be mixed together, and sorted later at a local recycling facility.
As part of your monthly service fee each customer is entitled to the disposal of two (2) bulky items per month at no additional charge. You may put your bulky items(s) at the curb for collection with your household trash on its regularly scheduled pickup day.
Any additional items over two (2), any items that weigh more than 50 lbs., any items that have an electronic screen over 4 inches, or items that contain Freon must be scheduled in advance and there may be an additional charge assessed at that time.Other items not included above that are too large or too heavy to be placed inside a trash bag.

We know the importance of on-demand and on-time pick-ups. That is why we have made it our goal to provide same day service to our customers if they call before noon and service within 24 hours if they call after noon. They have been very professional in every dealing. I did receive the wrong schedule for recycling last year, but they did send someone to get my recycling once we figured out what happened.
I don't think they've ever missed a refuse pickup, and they will also pick up large items. Much, much better service than what I dealt with when I lived in Charleston between the office staff and actual pickup.
I also like supporting a local company instead of a national one where I can't speak to someone who has sense.

My person experience with this company has been unprofessional on a whole new level. I am required to call them weekly after the refuse to pick up our trash. After months of doing so, a "supervisor" calls me and tells me he suggest we cancel service due to them not being able to pick up our trash. I can't even wrap my head around this.
